Carousel for egg transport with Stober servo systems

Handling of 45,000 eggs per hour on a carousel which, through servo drives, rotates and with a lifting motion places the eggs in an egg braking machine.

Filling machine pharmaceutical syringes with Stober and IAI scara robot

Stöber servo motors are used for filling of syringes. IAI SCARA robots feed the syringes to the filling station. The servo motors are very precise, an absolute requirement with filling of pharmaceutical syringes. The SCARA robots are set so flexible, that sized parts are no longer required. All sizes syringes can be fille, without alternation.

Welding manipulator with Exlar, Torriani and Stöber drive

Positioning heavy steel tubes up to 2 tons with manual control in any desired angle and height through five moveable axis. The five moveable axes provide a tilting motion, a rotary movement, an ingoing and outgoing sliding movement and a lifting movement.

Valve control exhaust fan with Exlar actuator

Accurate and rapid exhaust ventilation valve control with EXLAR GSM and Tritex T2 servo actuator replacing air cylinders. 

The Exlar actuators are fitted with stainless steel shaft and protection bellows.
The Tritex T2 actuators are equiped with embedded positioning controllers with 4-20mA control from the parent control.
The GSX actuators are controlled by Stober servo controllers.

Adjustment mechanism with Exlar, Stöber and Faro

Adjustment mechanism in the steel industry. With the mechanism, the distance between the bloom (bar), and the distance meter is determined with which the position of the bloom was set at the supply track. Through the servo controller with Profibus this information is fed back to the PLC. The adjusting mechanism comprises a roller screw actuator FT Exlar with servo motor guided in Faro profiles and combirol bearings. The system is very robust.

Hexapod in offshore with Exlar actuators and Stöber servo

Hexapod for stable positioning in which waves have to be compensated. Total mass 3000 kg, speeds of up to 1 m/s and accelerations of up to 6 m/s^2.
The system is made up of six pieces Exlar FT35 actuators with high capacity roller crew spindles with a lead of 20 mm and a stroke of 600 mm. The actuators are controlled by Stober EZ705 7.7 kW servo motorsin combination with 6 pieces SDS5022 servo controllers with ProfibusDP.
The axis of the Exlar actuator is chrome-plated and the end-shaft is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.

Mix installation for chemical industry with Stöber drives

Mixers for the chemical industry driven by Stöber helical bevel geared motors and frequency inverters. Optionally available with an agitator driven by a compact servo motor.
